TECHNICAL BID REQUIREMENTSTechnical Bid shall include duly signed documents along with self-attested copies of:

1. Proof of Identity & Address (Election Card / Aadhaar / Driving License)
2. PAN Card
3. GST Certificate (in case of firms)
4. EMD transaction details
FINANCIAL BID REQUIREMENTSFinancial Bid shall contain only price aspects without any conditions and must be submitted separately in prescribed format.
EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD)₹2,500/- to be deposited online as prescribed in the tender document.

EMD exemption applicable for MSME startups as per DIPP.
IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS1. Vehicle shall be sold on “AS IS WHERE IS AND WHATEVER IS BASIS”.
2. Vehicle will not be sold below Reserve Price.
3. Successful bidder shall deposit full amount within 05 working days.
4. Vehicle lifting shall be completed within 02 weeks after payment.
5. EMD of unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded without interest.
6. Bank reserves the right to cancel or reject any/all bids without assigning any reason.
JURISDICTIONDisputes, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction in the Court of Srinagar, J&K only.
