J&K Bank yesterday dedicated an Automated Teller Machine at Lal Chowk in Kargil, Ladakh. Executive Councilor LAHDC Haji Ghulam Aamir inaugurated the ATM in presence of the councilors Haji Mohammad Qazim Bagh, Haji Mohammad Ibrahim, Jenab Abdul Rahim, Syed Mohd Rizvi, J&K Bank Cluster Head Kargil Mr. Tasaduq Ahmad Dar & Head Business Unit Kargil Mr. Fida Hussain and a large number of customers.
Speaking on the occasion Executive Councilor appreciated the role of Bank in the state and thanked the authorities for opening the ATM in the main market of Kargil.
He said, "Installation of the ATM was a step in the right direction, for which the Bank authorities deserve congratulations from the people of this area."
The people present on the occasion demanded establishment of a full-fledged Business Unit in the area.
Cluster Head Mr. Tasaduq Ahmad while thanking the people said that the Bank was committed to provide world class banking services and facilities to the people of far flung areas across the state.
Financial empowerment of every individual of the state is our agenda, he added.
