Customer convenience to be operational focus: Parvez Ahmad

This was stated by Parvez Ahmad, Bank’s Executive President after inaugurating the Chest Currency facility at Kulgam amid an impressive gathering of customers, senior citizens and representatives of district trade bodies today. Others present on the occasion included M S Wani, Bank’s President, Mushtaq Ahmad Mir, Bank’s Zonal Head for Kashmir South and Malik Shabir Ahmad, Cluster Head Kulgam

Parvez said that peoples’ loyalty to brand J&K Bank stems from Bank’s commitment to serve all irrespective of their social status or location. “And this commitment has been tested many times as was the case during the recent floods”, he said, adding “People judge us by what we do; our business performance and our contribution to society”.

“The Chest will service 24 business units of the Kulgam and its adjoining areas. The facility will vastly improve the cash management system by addressing related issues and as such will add to the convenience of our esteemed customers”, he said.

Under serviced sectors of the area will be specially catered to and the bank’s clean note policy shall be strictly pursued at the chest, he added.
