JKB Financial Services Ltd ties up with IDBI Asset Management Ltd.
JKB Financial Services Ltd (JKBFSL)., a wholly owned subsidiary of J&K Bank today signed a MOU with IDBI Asset Management Ltd. (IDBI AML) for distribution of IDBI MF's schemes. IDBI AML is a subsidiary of IDBI Bank Ltd.
The MOU was signed between Mr. Abdul Rashid, MD of JKBFSL and Mr.Debasish Mallick, MD & CEO, IDBI AML.
Speaking on the occasion, Abdul Rashid, MD of JKBFSL., said, "JKB Financial Services Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of J&K Bank which focuses on meeting growing demand for various financial products like investments in equities, mutual funds, Gold Fund and derivative products by the investor community in J&K in particular and rest of the country in general. This tie-up with IDBI Asset Management Ltd. is one such initiative to make available all our customers/investors the array of mutual fund products and wide range of suitable investments options that will help them to achieve financial growth and healthy return on their investments based on informed decisions."
