J&K Bank RSETI Rajouri starts 4th skill development programme
J&K Bank RSETI Rajouri began its 4th skill development programme on ‘Dress Designing' for women.
J&K Bank Vice-president Jammu (West) R K Chhibber inaugurated the programme in presence of Lead District Manager Arvind Kapoor, Project Officer DRDA Suriaya Jabeen, and DDM Nabard Des Raj and BDO Rajouri Ashok Barmani.
Speaking on the occasion, he said, "The programme would help the trainees to learn new and better techniques in designing, cutting and tailoring. This is a small step towards self-reliance where in the trainees would be encouraged and enabled to earn their living with dignity and orient themselves towards upward social mobility."
He also appreciated the department of DRDA for their coordination.
Project Officer DRDO hailed the role of JKB-RSETI Rajouri for conducting such programmes for the unemployed youth of BPL families.
Director RSETI Harjinder Sing Sasan asserted that the mission of J&K Bank was to root out the un-employment from the society.
He said, "The institute shall help the trainees to find out solutions for all their financial problems by provided them with credit linkages after their training."
He thanked all distinguish guests for sparing their time for the event.
