J&K Bank pays 441 Cr advance tax for three quarters
J&K Bank paid an advance tax of Rs 176 crore for the third quarter of the current financial year 2013-14.
So far, the bank has paid the total advance tax of Rs 441 crore for the three quarters ending December, 2013, which is 26 percent higher than the tax paid for the same period during the last financial year.
“The increasing payment of advance tax by the bank is clearly indicative of its growth and progressive performance, which is quite encouraging given the country's current economic scenario”, analysts opine.
