J&K Bank inaugurated a fully computerized Business Unit (B.U) at Budugam in Tullail - a far off village in district Bandipore.
Sub District Magistrate Gurez M A Hakak inaugurated the Business Unit in presence of Bank's Zonal Head M S Kaboo and a good gathering of valuable customers and local residents.
Hailing the efforts of Bank after cutting the ceremonial ribbons, SDM said, "J&K Bank is the state's financial backbone which offers viable products and services to the customers."
He urged the people to avail the benefits of the products and services offered by the bank.
Dedicating the B.U to the people of Tullail, Bank's Vice President and Zonal Head, Kashmir (North) M S Kaboo said that with the opening of fully computerized B.U at Tullail, the zone has got 100% achievement in bringing all the Business Units on Core Banking Solution (CBS) platform.
He said, "It is mission of the Bank to provide end-to-end financial solutions to the people including poorest of poor through fastest modes of services."
With this the total number of B.U's in Kashmir (North) reached 75.
