J&K Bank inaugurates new premises, ATM at Zoonimar
J&K Bank today inaugurated new premises of Business Unit (BU) Zoonimar besides commissioning an ATM amid large gathering of valuable clients, senior citizens, traders and local residents.
Executive President of the Bank G M Sahibzada inaugurated the new premises of the B.U in presence of President and Zonal Head Kashmir Central Bashir Ahmad Lone, Vice President Abdul Rashid Sheigan and Marketing Head Vikarul Mulk Nazki.
The inaugural ceremony was followed by Customer Meet presided over by the Executive President.
Speaking on the occasion, G M Sahibzada extended gratitude to the participants for sparing their valuable time and congratulated those who contributed in the making of new spacious and state-of-the-art premises.
He said, "The target set for the last fiscal was surpassed because of continuous support of our valuable customers, who are our real patrons."
We at the Bank are only custodian of the resources of the people of J&K and our main aim is to work for public convenience and customers' delight, he added.
He assured the audience of every help in case of any genuine problem related the products and services offered by the Bank.
He informed the customers about various products the Bank has tailored for the growth and development of handicrafts sector like Dastakar Finance, Kahtambandh Finance, Artisan credit card etc.
In his address, Zonal Head stated, "It's the huge emotional equity of people of this state that has made J&K Bank what it is today. The bank also responded with its continued efforts to serve the people even during tough situations."
The Bank is going to celebrate Platinum Jubilee next year and we are right on track to achieve our target of 1 lac crore business with a profit of 1000 crores, he added.
The new premises, he said, has been completed in a record time by all those involved as the old one was in a mess with very less space for customers.
Many issues were discussed in the meeting and various queries of the customers were duly responded on the occasion.
The customers expressed satisfaction over the services offered by the Bank and assured of their complete support to the Bank in future also.
V M Nazki presented the vote of thanks in the end.
