J&K Bank holds customer meets
A customer meet at business unit Hari Singh High Street was held today under the chairmanship of the Zonal Head (Kashmir Central), Abdul Hamid Banday. A good number of valuable customers attended the meet. The customers hailed efforts of the Bank for socio economic development of the state. They also expressed satisfaction on the products & services offered by the Bank. The customers demanded installation of at least two more ATMs in the area in wake of heavy rush of people.
Zonal Head Abdu Hamid Banday expressed thanks to the customers for sparing time to attend this meeting. He stated that Bank is alive to the expectations of the customers. He gave detailed account of Bank's various credit schemes devised by the Bank for economic prosperity of people. He assured customers of unwavering support from the Bank for their success.
Similar meeting were conducted at Chanduna, Laar, Nagbal and Kangan business units of the bank in the past few days. Customers of the bank belonging to various sectors attended the meetings and put forth their suggestions for improvement in the customer service. They also demanded opening of more business units and ATMs in their areas.
Speaking at these meetings, J&K Bank Cluster Head Mohammad Amin Khan while welcoming the participants said, "J&K Bank is totally committed to provide best customer services to its clients. However the bank won't compromise with willful defaulters while recovering bad debts."
He assured the meetings of better services/facilities to the customers for which he welcomed their valuable suggestions and assured them that their demand of opening business unit and ATMs would be taken up with the higher authorities.
The branch heads of these business units presented vote of thanks at these meetings.
