J&K Bank holds camp, employment fairs, concludes training progs.
J&K Bank conducted an awareness camp at ChattergulAnantnag wherein hundreds of people including panches and sarpanches participated.
Facilitator FLCC Anantnag G R Kumar gave detailed information about the Banks financial products and spoke on different schemes launched by the bank for artisans, traders, businessmen and unemployed youth.
He stressed upon the participants to open their accounts with the banks to benefit from different schemes sponsored by the government for eradication of poverty.
Head B.U ChattergulNissar Ahmad Pandit thanked public for participating in the program and assured them of complete support.
RSETI Baramulla concludes program
The Bank's RSETI Baramulla concluded 7-days training programme on "Entrepreneurship Development", wherein Zonal Head (North) M S Kaboo distributed certificates among the 40 trainees. It is 11th batch of entrepreneurs that was trained by the Sopore institute.
Speaking on the occasion, Zonal Head said, "We are committed to support entrepreneurs financially in establishing their own economically viable and sustainable enterprises. That is why we are imparting regular trainings to unemployed youth through these RSETIs."
He urged the trainees to take full advantage of the training for betterment of their own future.

Gund Employment Fair
The Bank's Cluster Ganderbal participated in a 3-Day Employment Fair at Government Higher Secondary School GundSonamarg, which was organized by the District Employment and Counseling Centre Ganderbal in collaboration with other allied departments of the district.
District Development Commissioner GanderbalShowkat Ahmad Mir inaugurated the fair.
DDC appreciated the role of J&K Bank in financing various government sponsored schemes for unemployed youth of the area.
The marketing officials of Bank apprised the unemployed youth about various self-employment schemes financed by the bank.
The Bank's Cluster Head Ganderbal Mohammad Amin Khan stressed upon the unemployed youth to come forward and avail the benefits of various tailor made schemes of the Bank.
Notably, Bank's B.U Gund has sanctioned more than 3.50 crores for the beneficiaries of the area under various sponsored schemes like JKSES, PMEGP, SGSY, MSE, KCC etc in the current financial year.
