With a view to inform students, faculty and non-teaching staff regarding its financial services and products, J&K Bank conducted an awareness programme at Government Degree College, Bemina.
Organised by the Bank's Marketing Division the programme was conducted in two sessions, one for the students and the other for the entire teaching and non-teaching staff of the college.
Incharge Marketing Division Altaf Mehboob Gani, Head Business Unit Bemina Shahzad Teeli and Principal of the college Dr. G.M. Tibet Baqal were present on the occasion.
The participants were provided with detailed information regarding the services and products offered by the bank. The students were also counseled regarding the various self-employment schemes provided by the state government and the role played by J&K Bank in delivering these to the aspiring youth with desire and commitment to become successful entrepreneurs.
There was a healthy discussion between the marketing team and the students, employees of the college. Principal Dr. G.M. Tibet Baqal praised the efforts of bank for development of the State.
The participants hailed the bank for organizing such an interactive and informative session for them. The programme ended with a vote of thanks by the college authorities.
