J&K Bank enters semi-finals of 2nd Rajiv Gandhi Football Gold Cup
J&K Bank Football Club (FC) crushed Young Hero's Club Jammu 7-0 in the quarter final match of 2nd Rajiv Gandhi Football Gold Cup at GGM Science College, Jammu. The boys put up a wonderful show during the game.
Rohit Kumar scored the first goal for the Bank in 2nd minute of the game and doubled the lead in 19th minute. Building further upon the momentum striker Bilal scored hatric in 10th, 42nd and 50th minute of the game.
Khalid Qayoom scored 6th goal of the match while as Johnny, who came as a substitute in the 2nd half scored 7th goal in 57th minute.
J&K Bank FC thus qualified for semi-finals scheduled to be played on 16thMarch against PAP Jallandhar.
Dr Nirmalok, Vice President JKFA Jammu Wing was the Chief Guest on the occasion. The Tournament is being played under the aegis of JKFA.
