J&K Bank convenes customer meet in Pulwama
With a view to listen to its customers, J&K Bank held a customer meet in the premises of B/U Pulwama Main on September 17.
Syed Ashaq Hussain Zaidi Vice President and Zonal Head, Kashmir (south) presided over the meeting which was attended by the representatives from Cross section of the business community mainly that of Traders Federation, Fruit Growers Association, Business Community Pulwama and a couple of members from media fraternity. Branch Head Pulwama, Manzoor Ahmad Attar and other bank officials were present on the occasion.
The customers hailed the efforts of the Bank taken for socio-economic development of the state and expressed their satisfaction over the products & services offered by the Bank. The participants came up with some suggestions and demands on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Zonal Head thanked the gathering for their participation and gave a detailed account of the issues raised by the customers.
He assured the participants of providing best possible services to the customers.
H e said, "We have kept the doors open for the rehabilitation of Sick Units on merit basis."
He urged the customers to avail maximum benefits from the customised products of the Bank. Giving a brief account of Apple Advance Scheme he emphasised the fact that it was the best product available in whole of India and was tailor-made for grower as well as the trader.
He told the customers present on the occasion that their demand for collection centre at Fruit Mandi Pulwama and installation of ATM would be conveyed to concerned authorities.
Branch Head Pulwama presented the vote of thanks and assured to look into the various issues raised by the customers at branch level. We are open to positive and constructive criticism, he said.
Meanwhile, on the occasion participants also prayed for the departed soul of late Mohammad Hanief Bhat, a Bank official, who passed away on 13th of this month.
