J&K Bank commissions 3 ATMs in Jammu, 1 in Srinagar
Going ahead with its network expansion, J&K Bank today commissioned 3 ATMs in Jammu at Gandhi Nagar, Sector 7 Trikuta Nagar, Mini Market Trikuta Nagar and 1 Teller Machine was thrown open to public at Corps Battle School in Khrew, Srinagar.
Minister for Revenue, Relief & Rehabilitation Raman Bhalla inaugurated the ATMs in Jammu in presence of Bank's President Jammu (Central) O P Sharma. While as Bank's Vice President and Zonal Head Kashmir (South) Mushtaq Ahmad Mir cut the ribbons in Khrew Srinagar.
Speaking in Jammu, Bhalla congratulated the Bank for providing ATM facility at doorstep to the people at Trikuta Nagar & Gandhi Nagar.
He said, "J&K Bank is pioneer in bringing technology driven banking services to the doorsteps of the people of the State. The services offered by the bank are of international standards."
The Bank's growth is itself an evidence of growing customer confidence in it, he added.
He also urged the masses to take maximum benefit of the services and various schemes initiated by the bank.
The customers of the bank can operate their accounts throughout the world through JK Bank Global Access Debit Card.
President O P Sharma said, "Our mission is to provide end-to-end financial solutions through fastest modes even to the poorest of poor."
These ATMs will work round the clock for the convenience of the residents, shop Keepers, customers and public at large, he added.
He also talked about various benefits of J&K Bank Global Access Debit Card and also gave a brief about the Bank's various schemes.
Vice President Arvind Gupta, Cluster Heads, senior Bank officers, various government officials, and valuable clients were present on the occasion.
Meanwhile in Khrew the inaugural ceremony was conducted in presence of Commanding Officer of the 15 Corpse Battle School Col Robertson Bilavendran, Director Tramboo Cement Industries (TCI) Waseem Ahmad and a large number of valuable customers and respectable citizens.
Speaking on the occasion Zonal Head stated that the bank was determined to increase its reach to every nook and corner of the state by installing more and more ATM's.
CO 15 Corpse Battle School and Director TCI thanked the Bank for installation of state-of-the-art ATM.
Earlier, Head B.U Khrew Gulzar Ali welcomed the participants to the event and thanked them for sparing their valuable time.
