Jammu business community members meet JK Bank Chairman. Bank assures to achieve customers' delight
Soon after inaugurating an Industrial Finance Branch at Samba, J&K Bank Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mushtaq Ahmad, held a series of meetings with business community in Jammu to assure them of wholehearted support in their business ventures. Besides, he conducted business review meeting of Zonal Heads, Cluster Heads and Branch Heads of top 50 branches of three zones of Jammu province. The meeting was also attended by Executive President of the Bank, Ajit Singh and President & Secretary Parvez Ahmad.
Office bearers of Jammu Chamber of commerce and Industries led by its President Y.V.Sharma and Federation of Industries led by its chairman Devinder Mahajan met the chairman of the Bank and congratulated him on taking over the reign of the prestigious institution of the state. They expressed their deep elation and happiness on seeing a person with extensive and varied banking experience as the chairman of the bank.
They apprised the chairman about the problems being faced by trade and industries due to recent turmoil in the Kashmir valley, which has a direct impact on the business environment of Jammu region. They both requested the bank to come forward to help the trade and industry at this critical juncture and put forward their cases to Reserve bank of India for announcing some special package for the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
The chairman gave them a patient hearing and told them that traders and industrialists are the stakeholders who are involved in the phenomenal growth of the bank as well the state during all these years. The bank shall continue to provide them with liberal finances as their growth story is linked to the growth of Bank, he added.
"With your support J&K Bank is here to stay, grow, deliver and succeed. We will feel proud even to meet your smallest need with dedication and right attitude. We will meet your all banking requirements," said Mushtaq while interacting with various groups of business community. While laying emphasis on customer service, he said, "We will prioritize to strengthen our relationship with customers and achieve customers' delight."
Both Mr. Sharma and Mr. Mahajan thanked the chairman for his positive attitude and assured to play a positive role for the development of trade and industry in Jammu region.
